Meet The Team
Everything we do depends on a large team, who are mainly volunteers. We have a strong and committed Board of Trustees who guide the organisation, plan for the future and make sure we are providing public benefit.
The employed staff team are responsible for day-to-day oversight of activities, and will be the first point of contact for most people. They are:
ELAINE HOLLINGS
Community Outreach Manager/Chaplain
I have a passion to see people reach their potential, regardless of background, or circumstance. In a world where success is measured in material gains and academic achievement, people who don't fit that mould are pushed to the margins of society. God sees everyone for who he made them to be - perfect in his image.
MIKE HEALEY
Operations Assistant
I provide admin support for trustees, staff and volunteers working with the Terminus, doing some of the office work that goes with the activities and projects we do.
FI KAISER-WILKES
Health Improvement Outreach Worker
My role involves facilitating various groups to improve Health and Wellbeing, reduce social isolation, help build and strengthen community and make sure that any information needed is made readily available.
PAUL SWIFT
Operations Manager
I oversee the charity's operations and strategy and often spend time with community members, either in the activity groups or out and about in Lowedges, Jordanthorpe, and Batemoor.
ISABELLA HOLLINGS
Administrattion and Outreach Assistant
I work to support the various administration activities within the charity and also contribute to the running of the various groups across the community.
SARAH CLAYTON
Community Development Worker
I work to build capacity in the local community, helping people create and develop welcome places. I can help with volunteering, funding, training and communication.
