Meet The Team
Everything we do depends on a large team, who are mainly volunteers. Around 40 people are involved in running the projects, and we have a strong and committed Board of Trustees who guide the organisation, plan for the future and make sure we are providing public benefit.
The employed staff team are responsible for day-to-day oversight of activities, and will be the first point of contact for most people. They are:
Health Improvement Manager
I came to The Terminus Initiative in 2009 as a volunteer, simply doing 2 hours a week for the Women's Conversation Club. I went on to be employed as The Health Improvement manager in 2014. My role is to help improve the health and wellbeing of the Lowedges, Batmoor and Jordanthorpe community.
Health Improvement Worker
I've work alongside Pam to deliver health and well-being activities in the area. I have previously worked as a teaching assistant and have been involved in local volunteer projects.
